The Network of Nordic Women in Philosophy (NNWP) is pleased to announce that the seventh conference is to be held in Oslo, June 9-10, 2008, hosted by the University of Oslo.
The principal purpose of NNWIPs conference is to bring together female philosophers from different countries in order to increase the influence and visibility of women in philosophy.
The conference’s main theme is Philosophy and ordinary life. Key-note speakers are:
Participants who would like to present a paper (30 min) must submit an abstract for consideration to e.e.jahr@ifikk.uio.no. Deadline for submission is May 1st , 2008.
Relevant key topics are:
The submission must include an abstract of 200-300 words, a title, an short description of the key topics, your name, email-address and institutional affiliation.
