Det er 20 år siden filosofi med barn ble introdusert i britiske skoler. Idag har mange lærere videreutdannet seg, og mange skoler satser friskt på filosofi, men filosofi er ennå langt fra å være "mainstream". Denne artikkelen analyserer noen av årsakene til at filosofi ennå ikke har blitt et sentralt satsningsområde i britisk skole samtidig som vi her får detaljerte opplysninger om hva som faktisk har blitt gjort.
